Scammers at the door
Look, I'll leave myself open to the possibility that this guy who banged on my door and didn't identify himself was legit. But when someone shows up with a clipboard and doesn't introduce themselves? I will quickly gather that this is probably not a thing I want to deal with. I'll keep you posted if someone returns with more questions!
NYC adventures
New York City is a lot. Central Park is neat. I could never live there. (The medical screening stuff went well - still waiting on results.) But also: please do not take off your shoes and/or socks on trains. That is so gross and you are a bad person. Quit it! Also here's a picture I took in the park!
"This industry is dying"
I know that the internet is filled with nonsense. But this stuff? Man, you'd think no one does anything the way these dorks claim all of these industries are dying. Quick tip: If it makes money for a rich white guy? It's not dying.
Failing tech
I get it: Robots are the future or whatever. But when your fancy machine fails, you still need someone there so your business can operate. Fully relying on technology at this point is clearly a mistake. Pay the people to do the work!
Betting in baseball
I haven't seen any updates since I recorded the show, but this story is wild! Ohtani's interpreter is apparently a thief and also not a very good interpreter (or person?). What else will we learn about this dude?
Flyers
Captain! We're almost at the end of the line. How many playoff updates does everyone think we'll get this year? I'll say two to be optimistic. Keep up the great work, my friend!
