Some people have had questions about the show on Spotify, so I will clear all of that up for you here.
No, the podcast is no longer available on Spotify. Yes, this was done on purpose.
I only recently gained full control of my show, because The Next Level Network was officially dissolved a little more than a month ago.
For one week, the podcast RSS feed (where apps like Podcast Addict, Apple Podcasts, and Podbay pull episodes to distribute the show) lived on Spotify for Creators. It was a free service and super easy to switch. However!
Spotify recently started to crap down on copyright takedowns on podcasts. So if their AI-whatever-it-is got a ping, certain episodes were pulled. And because the feed was pulling directly from Spotify, this meant that those episodes were also unavailable on every platform.
This, and the fact that I had no real recourse to get those episodes republished, did not sit well with me. So instead of arguing with another chatbot or a help desk person, I had the show pulled from Spotify entirely.
So if you were listening to the show on Spotify and can no longer find it? This is why. I am sorry that you have to go elsewhere, but I felt it was more important to have every episode available to you on more platforms.

You can listen to the show on RedCircle, Podbay, Apple, Amazon, and many other places. I would recommend RedCircle, because that is where I post the episodes so they will all be available there for sure. If your preferred platform does not have The Melting Pat, please let me know and I will do my best to fix that for you.
And that, as we say, is that! Just a quick update for you on why you cannot find the show on Spotify anymore. I had it removed because too many of my episodes were being pulled and that is not what I want. We'll have a new episode this week, so come on back on Saturday to join us for the stuff!
