We did it! "What, Pat? Had the show ready on time?" Yes, precisely. It has been a rough few weeks here, so being able to get an episode out is an accomplishment right now. We played music from new friends and answered some questions. Let's do this!

Pat plays music from Twist It (5:03), then rambles on declined credit cards (11:35), and UNO house rules (23:07).

Twist It
Thanks to our new friends for the tune! Find more from them here (of course they have a website and I did not even think to look until just now, after recording) and get Undertow here! Congratulations on the Homey Award!
Retail: Declined credit cards
If you wrote this question, thank you. If you prompted the AI bot to write this question, I still thank you. This was a fun one to do and I am surprised this story has not come up on the show yet. Most people were rational when their card was declined (after the initial embarrassment and panic). But one guy? Yeah, he was not.
Mail: UNO house rules
Jimmy from Mayfair definitely gets mad when you don't stack in UNO, by the way. I know that people like to play that way, but I do not. It's just not a fun thing. If you get hit with a draw card with only two left in hand? That's how it goes sometimes. Chin up and go get em next round! But also: What house rules, if any, do you play by with your card and board games?

And that, as we say, is that! Thanks for coming along today. Let me know if you like the unedited shows. If you do, that makes life easier for me (but it means no more coins for a bit). If you don't, I will do my best to plan more time to record and edit for you. Either way, come on back next week for more and until then: don't do anything I wouldn't do!
Crap open a cold one!
