Show notes - Episode 321: Picking the Weird Combo

Morning, friends!

I wasn't sure if I would be able to do a "real" episode this week, but I found some time on Monday and did the thing. Let's go!

Click here to download the episode!

Pat rambles on the Taco Bell breakfast menu (2:57), family visits (6:26), texting on TV (10:50), issues with the Phillies (12:57), and weird fatherhood worries (15:36), before playing the latest song from The Wild & Free (20:29)!

🍼

Baby watch

No baby as I type this (Tuesday), but who knows what will happen in a few days? I'll let you know I hope!

Parking saga

In case you missed it, the update on the parking battle is here.

Taco Bell

You know I love Taco Bell breakfast, so I decided to try one of everything on the menu. It didn't work as well as I hoped, but it was worth it.

Family visits

It's nice to get stuff and see people. We are so grateful that people are sending stuff for the kiddo. Diapers are always on the list!

Texting on TV

I'm sure I've talked about this before on the show, but it keeps happening and it bothers me every time. Am I alone here? Can I just not see very well?

Phillies

The Phillies are going from "they're not terrible" to "why am I still invested?" very quickly and I'm bummed about it. Maybe they'll make some moves soon? (UPDATE: They have not lost since I recorded this episode. Nice!)

Fatherhood worries

I don't know why I'm worried about such odd things about being a dad, and this is by no means a comprehensive list, but that's where my head is right now.

The Wild & Free

🌮

And that's that, pals! Thank you for joining me today, as always. Next week should be the first canned episode (recapping my college radio days), and after that I don't know when I'll be back "live." But there are some fun things planned for the show so stick around - and let me know what you want me to yell about when I return! Until then, don't do anything I wouldn't do!

Crap open a cold one!
