Show notes - Episode 184: We Have Questions for Your Open Pants

Hi, friends!

We did lots of stuff today - new Coke, potential moves, your questions, an acoustic tune (no, not from me), and more! Do it up!

Click here to download the episode!

Pat rambles on new flavors (2:43) and open houses (5:14), reads some fan mail (11:14), and talks weird shoppers (17:32). Plus new video games (24:32), an acoustic tune from VISTA (29:43), MLB notes (37:06), and more!

🏠

I embraced my inner [outer?] pudgy guy this week by indulging in the new Orange Vanilla Coke. I know I shouldn't have, but I can't lie: it's wonderful. Try it so I can live through your flavor bliss!

So we are looking at a third house [for rent] this afternoon, but I am happy to share an update: we have been approved for the second house! Now two things: we may have a tough choice today, and now we have to pack all of this *coin* in the next few weeks. Either way, more space and a permanent studio! Woooo!

Thank you so much for all of your questions the last few weeks. I love when I don't have to come up with a show topic, so keep em coming, pals! It worked out well that one of the questions (demands, maybe?) led right into a story. Now if only these shopper people could learn a thing or two about boundaries...

Also big thanks to our friends, VISTA, for the go-ahead to play this sweet tune on the show. Follow them at all of the places - and Hope and Greg (and Holly!) - and have some fun! And thanks for picking the song so I didn't have to choose, Twitter people!

Since I recorded the sports things, Chris Sale (5/$145) and Justin Verlander (2/$66) have reportedly signed extensions with the Red Sox and Astros, respectively. I like those deals, partly because it helps to prove the point I made: big names don't want to risk waiting until March to sign with a team. I do realize that Mookie Betts essentially said "I'm going to test free agency," but I think he will be an outlier. Or I could be totally wrong on all of this. Who knows? I know! Long live Ichiro!

And that's that, friends! I'm off to put down a bunch of money on a new place and maybe get a stuffed crust pizza. Enjoy whatever you have happening, and don't do anything I wouldn't do!

Crap open a cold one!
