Show notes - Episode 433: There’s a Diner in My Apartment

Morning, friends!

We had a ton of answers to this week's question, and I finally talked some more baseball, so this is a big one. Let's have some fun with all of the stuff!

Pat talks moving his office before playing new music from Double Identity (6:10), then rambles on water damage (11:09), our go-to diner orders (26:21), The Regent International Apartment Complex (42:19), and baseball (55:09).

Moving shop

I don't think the show sounded too bad this week, which is good because this is my spot for a bit. If you notice a terrible difference, let me know and I'll figure something out!

Many thanks to our dear friends for their new tune! Get it here! And listen to our first, second, and third chats - and my chat with their producer!

Water water everywhere

I don't know how else to handle this. I hope whatever the people did resolved the issues, but I am concerned about mold in the back wall. Can I just say to my landlord "hey I think there is mold here can someone look at it?" or what?

Diner orders

I love when a bunch of people get into these questions. You all made me want to hit up a diner posthaste and order most of what you picked. Let's go get milkshakes!

The Regent International

This place sounds amazing. Everything you need day-to-day right in your building? People who decry the lack of community in neighborhoods should love this!

MLB notes

The Phillies are playing well. The Reds are fun. New York is in shambles. The Rangers might be legit? And MLB needs a skills competition during All-Star Week. Who's with me on any of this? Also you can click here to listen to the bonus segment about Rob Manfred and the Astros.

And that, my friends, is that - we did it! We did a lot today but I never doubted us. I hope next week we're a bit less stressed, so come on back and let's have fun together. Until then, don't do anything I wouldn't do!

Crap open a cold one!
