Show notes - Episode 448: Bag Your Explanations

Morning, friends!

We played new music, we handled things we forgot, we misread someone's name - this episode has everything! Let's go!

Pat plays new music from shallow pools (5:16), ties up some loose ends (8:50), then rambles on bag bingo (14:56), the zoo (19:07), how streaming TV works (25:23), and baseball (37:32).

Many thanks and congratulations to our friends on the new release! Stream the album here and tell em Pat sent you!

The Portlandia Matrix

That's a clever heading, right? My bad to Doug and M-A-G for forgetting their contributions, but the good thing is I can literally talk about whatever I want on this show at any time. It's all good!

Bag bingo

The event was solid as usual and the money made will help some people. It is always wild how serious people get over bingo games, but I guess the ladies love their bags!

The zoo

All things considered, we had a wonderful time at the zoo. The kiddo got to run around and see some of his magnet animals in real life. And the weather could not have been better. Now if only the other adults could be aware that people have to walk by them...

How does this work: Streaming TV

Thanks for the question on this, and I hope somewhere in this segment you came across an answer. I would not be opposed to this being a regular thing. Ask me how things work and I'll do my best!

Baseball!

The League Championship Series matchups are set and your Philadelphia Phillies are in it to win it! They will take on the Diamondbacks starting Monday, and the Battle for Texas is on when the Astros and Rangers lock up starting Sunday. Baseball!

And that, as we say, is that! Thanks for coming along this week. My bad that the baseball segment sounds very different, I recorded it in between work things yesterday. I'm sure it's fine! Come on back for more fun, and maybe another TV question. Until then, don't do anything I wouldn't do!

Crap open a cold one!
