Surrogacy adventure

Okay, maybe adventure is the wrong word, but we did a thing and are one step closer to really getting started. The intended parents are wonderful and my smokin hot wife is excited to do the thing. (And driving up through New Jersey sucks. Sorry, everyone!)

Poor public behavior

I know this segment made me sound like an old man yelling at kids to get off his lawn, but am I really that wrong? Shouldn't we, as a society, know how to conduct ourselves in public? This is why I preferred when it was illegal to come within six feet of me.

Mail: High school reunion

Jimmy, I have no idea if I actually helped you with your decision. But it did feel good to get that off my chest. I have zero interest in going to a high school reunion. It has never been a thought for me, and I do not see my mind changing on that. If you go to yours, though, have a good time!

Phillies

Well, not only have the Phillies (3-0) gone undefeated since the managerial change, but the Sixers (Game 7 tonight) and Flyers (Game 1, round two tonight) have as well. Was Topper the sacrifice the City Sports gods needed? Again, I like Topper and I hope he lands wherever he wants. But maybe this was the spark after all?

Flyers

I knew as soon as I saw Cam York's OT goal that The Captain would bring it and got dang it did he ever. Fingers and toes crossed they keep rolling along!
