Show notes - Episode 168: Come On and Be Decent

Good day, friends!

Sorry we're a bit late, but being an adult takes time apparently. We did our best to get through some stuff, and we got to play a wonderful tune and hear The Captain sound off - yeah!

Click here to download the episode!

Pat rambles on Thanksgiving (5:38), answers a listener question (11:50), calls out diner patrons (18:18), shares what's new in entertainment (21:10), and plays a tune from Elesa Marmo (28:12). Plus NFL Week 13 (32:17), Phillies chatter (35:18), remembering Stephen Hillenburg (36:14), and a State of the Flyers Address from The Captain (40:02)!

I realized two things during this episode: I am not great at actually answering questions, and I forgot to set up The Captain. My bad, youse guyses! I do, of course, appreciate the voicemails. I would love to have more of those, so I don't have to read out loud as much. Do me a solid?

Friends, diners are great. You can get any meal whenever you want, and most drinks come with free refills. So how about we not ruin the experience by dressing like a bum and acting like a snob? Can we do that going forward? Wonderful, I'm glad we had this talk.

I was so excited to be able to play this sweet tune from Elesa Marmo (and thank you for telling me how to say your name - I hope I didn't blow it!), and you should get Strawberry Candy yesterday. Do it! Woooo!

If you're like me, I'm sorry. But also you likely enjoyed at some point the wonders of Spongebob Squarepants. It is a show that made me laugh as a kid and it may make me laugh more as an adult. I once again want to send happy thoughts and well wishes to the family, friends, and fans of Stephen Hillenburg around the universe. You were number one.

With that, my friends, I say farewell for now and thank you so much for listening. Do your best to be good to each other and enjoy yourself without being a moron. I love you.

Until next time, don't do anything I wouldn't do!

Crap open a cold one!
