Patrons get quite an opening bonus this week. Everyone gets a tune from an old friend, getting away for the weekend, seeing Thrice, and more. Let's go!
Pat does his best to ramble on the history of the Bigfoot Pizza from Pizza Hut, by request.

I don't have a ton for these show notes aside from this TV ad (one of many for this pizza) I found on YouTube:
And there it is in all its standard definition glory. I love watching old commercials, by the way. There are supercuts on YouTube of commercials from certain years and looking back, they are something. If you have time to jump down a rabbit hole, that's one I'd recommend. There are also several Bigfoot Pizza ads on YouTube and I also recommend watching those. (I didn't want to bog down this page with more videos.)
My thanks again to Josh for suggesting this topic (and for using the linktree site to do it). I hope I was able to do it justice. And thanks to you, my friends, for listening. Next week I have no idea what's on tap, so come on back and we'll learn together. Until then, don't do anything I wouldn't do!
I hope this sounds better for you than it does in my head. The good news is my new curtains came yesterday so I may be able to fix some of that for next week. Is this relevant for anyone besides me? Probably not, but no one reads this. Anyway, I found the hamster picture so here we go!
I hope you are well. I did not mention my house troubles this week, because I'd hoped to have them resolved by now. Fingers crossed I have an update next time. Until then, here's the stuff!
This week's question comes from a bad time we had ordering food. I was going to rant about this last week, but decided to open it to you instead. Leave your answers by Thursday, July 9 at 4 PM ET and let's do the thing!
We started heavy this week, but I did my best to turn it around by the end of the show. Thank you for all of the positive vibes this week, they were appreciated. Now then, let's do the stuff!
I realize I probably should have asked this question weeks ago, but it's better late than never. Leave your answers below by Thursday, June 25 and let's have some fun!
I've seen this question posted a few places lately and I'd like your thoughts on the matter. If you feel strongly enough, yell your answer as a voicemail at 209-867-7638 by Friday March 13 and let's have some fun!
I realize that I rambled a lot to begin the show, and fortunately or unfortunately that really set the tone this week. But you for sure get a break with the Birthday Boy tune and maybe two good dudes doing sports things, so that's a plus! Let's get to the stuff!
This week's question comes from a pair of loyal listeners who assured me that people would get heated over this. So leave your responses below or send a voice memo here, and let's have some fun! Don't let me down!
This week, I'm throwing it back to a question that did very well on my live show. It came up in my Facebook memories the other day so I figured the new internet friends I've made since then will have fun with it too. Leave your answers here or as a voicemail at 209-867-7638 by Wednesday, October 16 at 5PM ET and let's have some fun!
If you subscribe, today is Friday. For the rest of you, once again I wish you a happy Saturday! This week's edition is a recap of my Austin adventure, so let's do the thing!
This weekend Jill and I are at Keystone Comic Con, which means two things for you: these notes will be quite bare and you have the chance to come downtown and high five us. That said, we did a lot this week so let's get to it!
A few weeks ago my mom said she listened to a few episodes in a row (I do not recommend this) and said I talked about food in each of them, which made her hungry. So here's a fun question that will both make everyone hungry and possibly mad that others are making bad choices.
Does that sentence even make sense? Probably not but here we go - deadline is Wednesday August 21 at 5PM ET, so leave your answers below or as a voicemail at 209-867-7638 and let's have some fun!
